| The
Convoy |
As
in previous years, the convoy trucks met at The
Gateway Service Station. The successful bidder
for the lead truck was Divall's .
After the Blessing of the Convoy Fleet, the convoy headed
off towards Belmore Park through the pouring rain. At the
corner of Bradley Street, the very wet Carlton Clydesdales
slipped in behind the lead truck and the procession continued
through the centre of town.

| The
Market |
Due
to the rain and wind, most market stallholders did not open
for business. Many thanks to the stallholders that turned
up in such bad weather and an even greater thank you to
the hardy half dozen who stayed.
